Kitchen Manager

As a Kitchen Manager, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant. The Taco Joint believes in promoting from within and this is an excellent opportunity for the right individuals. Primary responsibilities include being a team leader, ensuring all recipes are followed to the letter, knowledge of food safety controls and procedures, establishing par levels, and overseeing daily production.   • Previous management experience
  • Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
