Line Cook/Prep Cook



We are looking for simply awesome kitchen staff to help make our legendary Tex-Mex creations from open to close with safety and tastiness in mind. If you are detail-oriented and hard working with a knack for creating food with flair, apply below! Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but by no means necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to deliver consistent customer experience
  • Kitchen cleaning regimen and hygiene
  • Daily food prep
  • Ability to quickly and correctly make customer’s orders
  • Assist the chefs if they require help
  • Fill up the positions of the absent staff and complete their duties
  • Train any new members of the kitchen staff
  • Clean all kitchen equipment
  • Learn food and safety controls

Requirements

  • Safety-first mindset, ability to follow health code procedures
  • Ability to follow recipes exactly as set forth by Taco Joint
  • Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Timely and friendly demeanor
